What will be your duties /responsibilities?
  • Providing high quality end-user support using a variety of methods including desk-side, remote control tools, telephone and email
  • Building, deploying and supporting PC hardware running Windows operating systems
  • Troubleshooting desktop applications, printers, workstations, laptops and peripherals
  • Assisting with the assessment of new PC related technologies for both hardware and software
  • Accurately logging and documenting work history on all tickets.
  • Providing cross site and cross regional remote support to other SBD business units as required
  • Prepared for occasional travel to other countries/locations as needed to support the business
  • Effectively manage problems through to resolution and undertake root cause analysis
  • Participating in IT related projects as required
