Engineering Leadership Development Program

Stanley Black & Decker Leadership Development Program (SLP) is a comprehensive, competency-based program designed to develop the next generation of Stanley Black & Decker leaders.
Being part of an Engineering Team of SBD requires some fundamental skills – logical thinking, problem-solving and strong mathematics – are highly valued at our company. Our offer challenge and variety in your role could cover the design and prototyping of innovative consumer power tools, evaluating our manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs or creating system architecture design and software for IoT solutions. In addition, this role will follow up on our SLP activities, rotations and project submissions, to guarantee an ongoing talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities will also include:
  • Responsibility for given product
  • Everyday solving of technical problems in production within the product
  • Support of development and implementation of new products
  • Execute projects in manufacturing to increase product throughput / update manufacturing processes.

Co od vás potřebujeme

You should have:
  • Technical university degree
  • Technical experience in production plant desirable
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
  • Fluency in English (level B2)
  • An out–of–the–box–thinker
  • Enthusiasm for work and development
  • Team player, reliability
  • Self-motivated individual who strives for excellence and continuous improvement through the use of analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Facilitating, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
